Beau has also served on the Board For United Parents of Mercy High School; Judged Greenport High School Childrens Talent Show; Together they have supported Hospice, The Retreat of East Hampton, Parish Art Museum. Patricia is a member of Southampton Artists Assoc. and has held artists receptions in support of local artists in Miller Place and the Hamptons. She is an artist, certified astrologer and Reiki Master. Her business career started as an Executive and Legal Secretary for MONY. Health Care has always intrigued her as did working with Hospice as a Home Health Aide. Her interest are art, music, yoga and Naturopathic Medicine. |

David J. Saland has been a licensed Real Estate broker for more than 40 years. Charlie Parshley is an acclaimed United States Of America Air Force Photo Journalist. He has traveled and lived abroad serving our country for four years. Upon leaving the service, Charlie accepted a challenging job as a Loan Officer for Ameriquest Mortgage Company in Whitestone, New York. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to Senior Loan Officer. In an effort to broaden his knowledge and become one of the best in the business, Charlie accepted multiple sales positions at various mortgage companies for five years. In 2002 he opened his own business known as Prime Star Mortgage. His years in the Mortgage Business enabled him to develop extensive knowledge of all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Charlie conducted business with many real estate brokers and agents. After realizing his success in the mortage business, Charlie decided to focus on his new passion Real Estate.
